Simon Ralf, risk and value management
expertWith over ten years operational and project audit
experience in the property, utility and telecom sectors, Simon Ralf
heads our risk and value management practice.
Simon has a BSc in Civil Engineering and is a qualified project and
programme manager. He also has international experience having
worked on major projects in North America and the Middle
East.
Simon’s consulting focuses on strategic risk and governance; value
management; project and systems audit to improve whole-life
programme investment, and delivery performance. He has advised and
worked at management and board levels, previously with Atkins,
National Grid Transco and KPMG Consulting, to improve systems for
financial control and sustainability.
Simon has managed the development of project systems, processes and
organisation as part of major UK and international joint ventures.
