John Perry, geotechnics expertWith over 25
years’ experience as an advisor, John is an expert in geotechnical
design, construction and maintenance. He is experienced at managing
geotechnical projects from conception through to completion, and
has worked on many large infrastructure and development
projects.
John is a leading figure in research and development in the
geotechnics field, and a practitioner in the management of assets
including two CIRIA good practice guides. He also has an in-depth
knowledge of strategic planning and implementation of management
methods for transport infrastructure.
John’s specialised knowledge covers all aspects of design,
construction and maintenance for highways and railways, including
site investigation, soil classification, specifications and other
contract documents. He has considerable experience of and is a
national and international expert in earthworks.
